Before I became a functional wellness practitioner, I was a mother trying to understand what was happening to my own child.
I know what it feels like to leave appointment after appointment with more questions than answers—and to wonder whether anyone is looking at the whole picture.
Today, I help resilient parents of complex, sensitive children organize the clues, understand meaningful patterns, and move forward with a clear, personalized path.

My work brings together:
• A master’s-level nursing background
• Functional Diagnostic Nutrition training
• Board certification in functional health coaching
• Extensive training an experience recognizing patterns across complex health histories
• Lived experience navigating chronic, multisystem illness with my own child
This combination allows me to bring clinical thinking, compassionate listening, and practical guidance to families who are tired of trying to piece everything together alone.s.

Before I Was a Practitioner, I Was a Mom Searching for Answers
My daughter’s health journey changed the direction of my life.
What began with severe reactions, seizures, behavioral changes, and repeated hospital visits eventually became a long, complicated story involving multiple systems of her body. Each provider was looking at an important piece—but no one seemed to be stepping back far enough to see how those pieces might connect.
So I began asking different questions.
What happened before the symptoms changed? What patterns were being missed? How were nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, environment, immune function, and nervous-system regulation influencing one another?
I studied, researched, pursued additional training, and learned how to organize the entire story instead of chasing each symptom separately.
Over time, with appropriate care, careful observation, and individualized foundational support, life began to feel more manageable.
We gained a better understanding of her patterns, what overwhelmed her sensitive system, and what helped her feel more stable.
That experience reshaped both my life and my work.
Today, I help other parents gather the scattered pieces of their child’s story, identify meaningful patterns, ask better questions, and determine the clearest next step.
Because your child’s symptoms aren’t random. They’re clues—and you shouldn’t have to make sense of them alone.

A child’s attention, behavior, sleep, digestion, sensory challenges, energy, physical symptoms, and emotional regulation may look unrelated when they are examined separately.
But when we place them alongside the child’s health history, environment, nutrition, previous interventions, and responses, meaningful patterns can begin to emerge.
My role is not to diagnose, treat, or promise one universal answer. It is to help you organize what has happened, recognize what deserves a closer look, and create a thoughtful path forward based on your child’s individual needs.
Every child deserves to be seen as a whole person.
Every parent deserves someone willing to look at the whole picture.

Your clear first step.
For families who need a clear place to begin—not another protocol to sort through on their own.
